Silver 5X8	One major preventative maintenance inspection per year during business hours. Parts and corrective maintenance are billable at contract rates.	Mon-Fri 8am-5pm
Silver 7X24	One major preventative maintenance inspection per year. Major PM may be scheduled during off hours, minor PM’s during business hours. Parts and corrective maintenance are billable at contract rates.	Mon-Sun 24 hour.
Gold 5X8	One major and one minor preventative maintenance inspection per year during business hours. Corrective maintenance included during business hours. Parts are billable at contract rates.	Mon-Fri 8am-5pm
Gold 7X24	One major and one minor preventative maintenance inspection per year. Major PM may be scheduled during off hours, minor PM’s during business hours. Corrective maintenance included during off-hours. Parts are billable at contract rates.	Mon-Sun 24 hour.
Platinum 5X8	One major and one minor preventative maintenance inspection per year during business hours. Parts and corrective maintenance are included during business hours.	Mon-Fri 8am-5pm

Any parts required to bring the UPS up to working order prior to contract signing will be billable to the Customer. This will be determined after the pre-inspection.

Parts and labour for battery replacements are not covered by these plans and will be billable at contract rates.
